Ind. Code § 34-31-10-6

Section 34-31-10-6 - "School"

As used in this chapter, "school" means a:

(1) public school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-15); or

(2) state accredited nonpublic school (as defined in IC 20-18-2-18.7).
