Section 34-31-10-12 - School board or trustees must approve community use physical fitness activity

A board of school trustees, a board of school commissioners, a school board of an incorporated town and city, or township school trustees must approve the types of activities that may occur at a school as a community use physical fitness activity under section 3 of this chapter.
