Section 34-30-34-3 - Immunity from civil liability(a) A dealer is immune from civil liability in an action based on a violation of IC 24-5-13.5-10 if the dealer has a reasonable good faith belief that the vehicle subject to the action was not a buyback vehicle.(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to an act of gross negligence or willful and wanton misconduct.Added by P.L. 211-2023,SEC. 81, eff. 7/1/2023.
