Section 34-13-3-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter The following amendments to this chapter apply as follows:
(1) The amendments made to section 3 of this chapter by P.L. 250-2001 apply to a cause of action involving an extreme sport area that accrues after May 11, 2001, regardless of when the extreme sport area was developed.(2) The amendments made to section 3 of this chapter by P.L. 280-2001 apply only to a cause of action that accrues after June 30, 2001.Added by P.L. 220-2011, SEC. 550, eff. 7/1/2011.
