Section 33-42-17-11 - Electronic data base of remote notaries public and technology vendors

The secretary of state shall maintain on the secretary of state's Internet web site an electronic data base of active:

(1) remote notaries public; and

(2) vendors of technology that are approved by the secretary of state under section 6 of this chapter.
