Section 33-40-4-2 - Establishment

(a) There is established a public defender council of Indiana.

(b) The council's membership consists of all:

(1) public defenders;

(2) contractual pauper counsel; and

(3) other court appointed attorneys regularly appointed to represent indigent defendants.
