Section 33-37-9-3 - Transfer of fees

On June 30 and December 31 each year, the state comptroller shall transfer to the treasurer of state for deposit in the state fund the fees distributed to the state comptroller under IC 33-37-7-2(b) and IC 33-37-7-8(d).
