Section 33-33-42-2 - Establishment of standard superior courts(a) There are established two (2) courts of record to be known as Knox superior court No. 1 and Knox superior court No. 2.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, each Knox superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.(c) Knox County constitutes the judicial district of the court.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-26-1.
