Section 33-33-37-2 - Establishment of standard superior court(a) There is established a court of record to be known as Jasper superior court No. 1.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Jasper superior court No. 1 is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.(c) Jasper County comprises the judicial district of the court.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-25.5-1.
