Section 33-33-30-2 - Establishment of standard superior courts(a) There are established two (2) superior courts of record to be known as the Hancock superior court No. 1 and the Hancock superior court No. 2.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, each Hancock superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.(c) Hancock county comprises the judicial district of each court.Pre-2004 Recodification Citations: 33-5-23-1; 33-5-23-10.
