Section 33-33-10-7.1 - Location of superior court sessions(a) Each superior court shall hold its sessions at the courthouse of the county, or at other convenient places in the county as the court designates.(b) The county commissioners shall provide suitable quarters for each court.(c) This section expires January 1, 2025.Added by P.L. 138-2020,SEC. 10, eff. 7/1/2021.
