Section 33-26-4-2 - Employees; clerk(a) The tax court may employ:(1) a bailiff;(2) a clerk;(3) a reporter;(4) a clerical assistant; or(5) any other personnel that the court needs to perform its duties.(b) The clerk of the supreme court shall serve as the clerk of the tax court.
