Section 33-23-4-5 - Duties; salary(a) Sitting in committee, the judges of the courts listed in section 3 of this chapter in each county shall determine the duties of the court administrator; and the court administrator shall perform the administrative duties the judges determine.(b) The salary of the court administrator shall be determined by a majority of the judges listed in section 3 of this chapter in each county, sitting in committee. The court administrator's salary shall be paid by the county upon the order of the majority of the committee of judges.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-1-12-4.
