Section 32-39-2-15 - Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act This chapter:
(1) modifies, limits, or supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.; but(2) does not: (A) modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. 7001(c); or(B) authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. 7003(b).Added by P.L. 137-2016, SEC. 14, eff. 7/1/2016.
