Section 32-28-12-0.2 - Application of certain amendments to prior law

The amendments made to IC 32-8-24-2 (before its repeal, now codified at section 2 of this chapter) by P.L.235-1993:

(1) apply to liens that are perfected before, on, or after April 22, 1993; and

(2) do not apply to divest a right that vested before April 22, 1993.
