Section 32-21-2-11 - Instrument recorded without acknowledgment not admissible as evidence

If an instrument is recorded without an acknowledgment's or proof's certificate as required under this article and IC 33-42-9-12, the instrument or a transcript of the instrument may not be read or received in evidence.
