A person who files a claim with the trustee must make oath that the claim is just and lawful and no part of the claim is for usurious interest. If a claim or part of a claim is for usurious interest, it must be deducted from the claims before they are allowed. The trustee may administer an oath to a creditor in reference to the validity and justice of a claim.
