Section 32-17-14-0.2 - Application of prior law

The addition of IC 32-4-1.6 ("Uniform Act on Transfer on Death Securities" before its repeal, codified at IC 32-17-9, before its repeal) does not apply to an individual whose death occurs before July 1, 1997.
