Ind. Code § 31-37-17-8

Section 31-37-17-8 - Exchange of information

Unless prohibited by federal law, a probation department and:

(1) the division of family resources;

(2) a local office; and

(3) the department of child services;

may exchange information for use in preparing a report under this chapter.
