Section 31-33-15-2 - Access to reports

The guardian ad litem or the court appointed special advocate, or both, shall be given access under IC 31-39 to:

(1) all reports relevant to the case; and

(2) any reports of examinations of the child's parents or other person responsible for the child's welfare.
