Section 31-19-25.5-3 - Determine if adoptee and pre-adoptive sibling submitted similar requests(a) If an adoptee submits a written request to the state registrar under section 2 of this chapter, the state registrar shall determine whether the pre-adoptive sibling of the adoptee has submitted a similar request.(b) If a pre-adoptive sibling of an adoptee submits a written request to the state registrar under section 2 of this chapter, the state registrar shall determine whether an adoptee has submitted a similar request.Added by P.L. 191-2011, SEC. 55, eff. 7/1/2011.
