Section 31-19-25-13 - Fee for expenses(a) The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter:(1) A licensed child placing agency.(5) A professional health care provider.(6) The Indiana department of health, except as provided in subsection (b).(b) The Indiana department of health may not charge a fee for filing a contact preference form under this chapter.Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4.5-6 part.
