Section 31-19-20-1 - Release of medical history; supplementation The state registrar:
(1) shall release a copy of the medical history to any interested person;(2) may release a copy of the medical history to any person who satisfies the registrar that the person has a legitimate need; and(3) shall supplement the medical history with medical information received from any person.Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4-14(a).
