Section 31-19-12-3 - Forwarding of records and reports to Indiana department of health

Not later than the tenth day of each calendar month, the clerk of the court shall forward to the Indiana department of health records of decrees of:

(1) adoption; or

(2) annulment, revocation, or amendment of adoption;

entered in the preceding month, together with related reports required by the Indiana department of health.
