Section 31-14-14-3 - Grant or denial of visitation rights to noncustodial parent; effect on visitation rights of grandparent

An order granting or denying visitation rights to a noncustodial parent does not affect visitation rights granted to a grandparent under IC 31-17-5-1 or IC 31-17-5-10 (or IC 31-1-11.7-2 before its repeal).
