Section 3-11-2-12 - Ballot order of offices(a) The following offices shall be placed on the general election ballot in the following order after the public questions described in section 10(a) of this chapter: (1) Federal and state offices: (A) President and Vice President of the United States.(B) United States Senator.(C) Governor and lieutenant governor.(H) United States Representative.
