Section 28-11-1-13 - Policies and procedures

The members may by resolution establish policies and procedures in order to facilitate:

(1) the supervision of financial institutions by the department; and

(2) the licensing and regulation of persons and entities by the department under:

(A) this title; and

(B) IC 24.
