Section 27-9-3-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter

The amendments made to section 40 of this chapter by P.L. 185-1996 apply to and govern the priority of the distribution of assets in any proceeding to liquidate an insurer pending on, commenced on, or commenced after March 21, 1996.
