Section 27-8-33-2 - "Federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act"

As used in this chapter, "federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act" includes amendments made by the federal Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (P.L. 111-152).
