Section 27-8-20-0.1 - Application of chapter

The addition of this chapter by P.L. 277-1993 (ss) applies to insurance policies or health maintenance contracts that:

(1) are entered into or renewed with employers or individuals; and

(2) become effective after June 30, 1993.
