Section 27-8-14-4 - "Mammography services provider"As used in this chapter, "mammography services provider" means a person or facility that:
(1) has been accredited by the American College of Radiology;(2) meets equivalent guidelines established by the Indiana department of health; or(3) certified by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services for participation in the Medicare program (42 U.S.C. 1395 et seq.).Amended by P.L. 56-2023,SEC. 247, eff. 7/1/2023.As added by P.L. 119-1991, SEC.3.
