Section 27-8-12-16 - Application of general insurance law

All other applicable provisions of IC 27 not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter apply to insurance policies issued under this chapter. A long term care insurance policy issued under this chapter is not subject to any rule adopted under IC 27-1-3-7(c).
