Section 27-14.5-4-9 - Compliance with law on formation of domestic insurance companies

Except as otherwise provided in this article, the organization of a mutual insurance holding company under a plan under this article must be conducted in compliance with the provisions of IC 27-1-6 concerning the formation of domestic insurance companies.
