Section 27-14.5-4-7 - Insurance commissioner to inform applicant of decision on plan of reorganization(a) The commissioner shall transmit to the applicant any order approving or disapproving a plan submitted under this article.(b) If the commissioner disapproves a plan, the commissioner shall provide the applicant with a written statement detailing:(2) all findings in connection with; the disapproval.
