Section 27-14.5-4-13 - Insurance commissioner authority to hire experts in reviewing application

The commissioner may, at the applicant's expense, hire attorneys, actuaries, accountants, investment bankers, and other experts as may be reasonably necessary to assist the commissioner in reviewing an application.
