Section 27-14.5-2-10 - Notice of meeting to all members

All members, in accordance with IC 27-1-7-7, must be provided with notice of the meeting at which the plan of reorganization will be submitted for approval by the members in the manner outlined in the plan of reorganization approved by the commissioner.
