Section 27-14.5-1-14 - "Employee benefit plan"

"Employee benefit plan" means an employee benefit plan established by a mutual insurance holding company or by one (1) or more of the subsidiaries of a mutual insurance holding company for the sole benefit of its:

(1) employees; or

(2) sales agents.
