Section 27-2-27-10 - "Licensee"(a) As used in this chapter, "licensee" means a person that is:(1) licensed, authorized to operate, or registered; or(2) required to be licensed, authorized to operate, or registered; under this title and the rules adopted under this title.
(b) The term does not include any of the following: (1) A purchasing group or risk retention group that is chartered and licensed in another state.(2) A person that is: (A) acting as an assuming insurer; and(B) domiciled in a state or jurisdiction other than Indiana.Added by P.L. 130-2020,SEC. 10, eff. 7/1/2020.
