Section 27-2-23-5 - "Death master file" As used in this chapter, "death master file" refers to:
(1) the federal Social Security Administration's Death Master File; or(2) another data source that, for the purpose of determining that a person is reported to have died, is at least as comprehensive as the federal Social Security Administration's Death Master File.Added by P.L. 90-2014, SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2014.
