Section 27-2-20-3 - Adoption of rules

The commissioner may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. These rules:

(1) must be consistent with; and

(2) may not be more restrictive than;

the standards contained in 15 U.S.C. 6801 et seq.
