Section 27-13-25-1 - Rehabilitation or liquidation as an insurance company; applicability of IC 27-9

The rehabilitation or liquidation of a health maintenance organization:

(1) shall be considered to be the rehabilitation or liquidation of an insurance company; and

(2) shall be conducted under IC 27-9.
