Section 27-13-23-4 - Officers and agents; oaths and examination by commissioner

When conducting an examination of a health maintenance organization, the commissioner:

(1) may administer oaths to; and

(2) examine;

the officers and agents of the health maintenance organization concerning the business of the organization.
