Section 27-1-45.5-1 - "IPEP"

As used in this chapter, "IPEP" refers to the Indiana Public Employers' Plan, Inc., which was originally incorporated under the name Indiana Employers' Compensation Plan, Inc., as a domestic nonprofit corporation on December 11, 1989.
