Section 27-1-37.5-1 - Application of chapter(a) Except as provided in sections 10, 11, 12, 13, and 13.5 of this chapter, this chapter applies beginning September 1, 2018.(b) This chapter does not apply to a step therapy protocol exception procedure under IC 27-8-5-30 or IC 27-13-7-23.(c) This chapter does not apply to a health plan that is offered by a local unit public employer under a program of group health insurance provided under IC 5-10-8-2.6.Amended by P.L. 190-2023,SEC. 13, eff. 7/1/2023.Added by P.L. 77-2018,SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2018.
