Section 26-4-1-16 - "Participant in the grain indemnity program"

"Participant in the grain indemnity program" means a producer who has:

(1) not requested and received a refund under IC 26-4-5-1 after June 30, 2015; or

(2) reentered the program under IC 26-4-5-2.
