Section 25-8-9-4 - Waiver of tenth grade education requirement; conditions

The board may waive the requirement for applicants under section 3(2) of this chapter if:

(1) the applicant petitions the board for a waiver; and

(2) the board determines that the requirement would result in extreme hardship to the applicant if enforced.
