Section 25-42-6-5 - Information designated not for release to nonparty states

Notwithstanding any other law, all party state licensing boards contributing information to the coordinated licensure information system may designate information that may not be shared with nonparty states or disclosed to other entities or individuals without the express permission of the contributing state.
