Section 25-42-6-1 - Coordinated licensure information system; participation; required information(a) All party states shall participate in a coordinated licensure information system of all licensed nurses.(b) The coordinated licensure information system must include information submitted by party states:(1) concerning the licensure and disciplinary history of each nurse; and(2) to assist in the coordination of nurse licensure and enforcement.Added by P.L. 135-2019,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2019.
