Section 25-42-3-4 - Authority of party state to take action against a nurse's multistate license; notification(a) All party states are authorized, in accordance with existing state due process law, to take adverse action against a nurse's multistate licensure privilege.(b) If a party state takes an adverse action under subsection (a):(1) the party state shall promptly notify the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system; and(2) the administrator of the coordinated licensure information system shall promptly notify the home state of any adverse actions taken by remote states.Added by P.L. 135-2019,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2019.
