Section 25-34.5-2-6 - Duties

The committee shall:

(1) pass upon the qualifications of persons who apply for licensure as respiratory care practitioners;

(2) provide all examinations;

(3) license qualified applicants; and

(4) propose rules concerning the competent practice of respiratory care to the board.
